Ascentis and Twin Cities Society of Human Resource Management Announce the Release of the State of the Minnesota Workforce: An HR Report
MINNEAPOLIS - June 17, 2020 - Ascentis, a leading provider of cloud-based workforce management and human capital management technology solutions, has partnered with Twin Cities Society for Human Resource Management (TCSHRM) on a research report to help HR professionals develop a better understanding of how their organizations’ challenges and successes align with others in the community.
In compiling the report, Ascentis and TCSHRM conducted a survey of TCSHRM members, seeking input on their current HR practices, use of tools and technology, plans for the future, and more. The survey attracted over 100 respondents ranging from single-person operations to large companies employing upwards of 40,000 people.
While the survey was conducted in March 2020, shortly before businesses across Minnesota and the world were impacted by the Coronavirus, we believe the findings presented in the report remain relevant.
With the aim to grab a current “snapshot” of the state of HR practices in Minnesota, the report is offered as a free downloadable resource to the public. Click here for a copy of the 2020 State of the Minnesota Workforce: An HR Report.
