PrimePay Requirements:
Users must be running the latest version of PrimeLink. If you are not running PrimeLink v4.4 or later, visit the download area on the PrimePay website. You can download the latest version at the following link: www.primepay.com/clientarea.asp.
Ascentis HR Requirements:
Users must be running the latest version of Ascentis HR. If you are not running Ascentis HR 4.52 build 18 or later, visit the download area on the Ascentis website. You can download the latest version at the following link: http://www.ascentis.com/support/ascentis-hr-software-downloads.asp.
Updating the Settings in PrimeLink and Ascentis HR:
To get Ascentis HR and PrimeLink to communicate properly you must first update the settings in both systems. You can download the Ascentis HR-PrimeLink Settings document at the following link: Preparation for PrimePay Ascentis HR Payroll Connect.
Steps to Setup PrimePay Payroll Connect in Ascentis HR:
1) Make sure you have the latest versions of Ascentis HR and PrimeLink installed and running on your system.
2) Open Ascentis HR Payroll Connect and click on “Run Payroll Connect Setup Wizard”
3) Follow the directions on each screen to complete the wizard.
