One of our HR consultants will guide you through constructing the framework for your company’s benefit plans and leave policies, as well as configure Employee Self-Service and HR Alerts. Purchasing Ascentis HR implementation services is the key to get up and running within a very short time.

Likewise, one of our Ascentis Payroll Implementation team members will guide you through the process of identifying and configuring your unique and specific needs pertaining to payroll.

Implementation services are available either online or on-site. Our live remote-assistance tool provides the ability to view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard, thus allowing effective online delivery of services. However, if working side by side with one of our experts is more appealing, they are more than happy to come to you. Ascentis offers the flexibility of onsite or online Ascentis HR, Payroll, Time, and ESS/MSS implementation.

Training
Public online trainings are offered routinely however you have the option of customizing your online training. Agendas are developed by CSR and the client in coordination. Training sessions are geared towards what the client requires. Ascentis will train clients on their own data (in a test environment) so that training is relatable. If you prefer, we will deliver your custom training onsite. Have a new member of the HR or Payroll team? No problem, we make additional HRIS and payroll training simple for you.

Customization
Ascentis HR provides custom tabs and alerts. Payroll services can include time clock integration, general ledger interfaces, 401K and other retirement files to name a few.
