HROffice’s innovative Employee Correspondence Wizard (ECW) provides HR administrators with a tool to quickly and efficiently communicate with individuals or groups of employees via emails and letters in the form of a mail/e-mail process.

For example, the wizard can be used to invite new hires to fill in census and demographic information and to sign up for benefits online. The ECW can also be used to notify employees of open enrollment periods and later used to send out enrollment reminder notices based on where an employee is at in the process.

All emails sent using the ECW are noted in an employee’s record. HR professionals can easily pull up a correspondence history on an employee and see how many times a specific employee has been reminded to complete the enrollment process, when the last correspondence was sent, and what content was included in the document. The ECW can log all written communication that takes place between HR and a specific employee no matter the subject and context.

HROffice Employee Self-Service (ESS) takes employee communication one step further and connects employees via web access to their personal employee data including attendance and benefits information. Through ESS, employees also have direct access to company announcements, their company directory, company policies and other company administrative documents such as expense reports and employee manuals.
